One of the worst project I have invested. Project is combination of Shriram , jain Heights and Maniveera. Shriram is only agent and uses its name for selling. Many issues with this project. Agreement is totally in favour of builder and always they have control in our plot.

Now project is looking better.. registration is going on.. and most of the issues are resolved..
Please don’t invest or buy plot from these group Jain Heights/Shriram/Maniveera/Ms Arunachalam Properties. They are frauds and cheat over people money. Dont engage on any projects, we are facing problem on rain forest

We don’t find any legal hassles now; the project is free from all the concerns which were prevailing then…you can witness the progressive development of the layout as well.,Besides, some of the plot owners have applied for building plan sanctions for their house construction.
Since Vasihnavi Life is a new development; Builder has designed & configured as per latest trends (Which is an added advantge when compared to Rainforest) My Personal Choice would be Vaishnavi Life.

Excellent investment opportunity with great growth potential.
Currently I am going through a very bad experience with Shriram. I have booked 2 plots in Shriram rainforest paying 50K INR each and have clearly indicated that I need 100% refund if my lawyer comes up with litigations in the land and they have also confirmed in email that they will refund. My lawyer came back last week telling that the land is full of litigations, n no of cases are filed by original land owners/banks on Maniveers structures aka Jain heights. Now when I am asking my money, their sales manager Niraj srivatsav and CS Nirmala are avoiding my calls and there is no response from them. They are cheating me very clearly. But I have several evidence against them and will file a suit for sure. Wont let them go so easily and make them count every penny I had paid. My sincere request here to people is dont go with this land. Its full of problems. Please ping me if you need my lawyer report. Just dont go with Biappa approval or RERA approvals. They all work for these property owners in some way. It’s been 1 month now and they are not even talking about my refund. Shriram proved to be very untrustworthy. Please dont believe Shriram properties. They will cheat you for sure like they are cheating me today. When I call them they say that it will take another 2 months for refund and I am sure they are playing with me. Please dont fall prey for Shriram.

As Shriram does, please do not do false advertising here. Shriram properties is just a sales partner. Whole development is being done by Jain heights. This project has enough issues and you may have fight your lifetime if you buy one. I am one of those buyers.

Rain Forest project is one of the worst project in which I have invested.There is so many names of this project ( Shriram Rainforest, Rainforest Phase 1, Amara Villa etc).Shriam is only agent for selling of this project. Many issues in this project( almost 3 pending court case, Facade, outsider allow to use common amenities, change in project layout etc).
Note: Guys If you are planing to invest in this project then check court cases and get feedback from Facebook group.

major layout changes
Every response for the concerns is having some false information and not ready to discuss with their own customers in a group and resolve, why? In a group many eyes and ears and if one misses another can identify their false promises. Tell me which category builder will reply different and contradicting replies to the same question.

Agree. Not at all suggested to go for this project. It is not an association with Shriram but just broking to sell and leave. Jain heights has many clauses in the sale-agreement and sale-deed which is putting buyers in their control. Now Shriram saying their hands are tied on this. Will jain-heights answer your concerns once Shriram leave the project. Never, Their straight answer will be who sold you with these promises? Not coming forward to discuss and resolve these issues. They say it is the standard and same reply after many follow-ups.
I am thinking of buying a plot here and interested to know on the terms of the deal with Jain and Sriram. If Sriram is only the marketing partner, rest of the property details /development /maintenance are with Jain Heights is it ? Will Sriram exit after the sale is over ? Is it safe to buy here then.

Construction work of Embassy Knowledge Park was supposed to begin this year. But, because of the Pandemic situation; work has postponed to the next financial year & we have projected an 8 % growth rate for Shriram Rainforest.

Don’t Worry, Shriram is a CAT A Developer. When a CAT A Developer associate brand to any project means that they expect the same kind of quality is delivered. You can consider investing in this project. Completion time may extend due to the pandemic situation.
I am not agreeing to your reply here Mr. Harish sir. Experience is not like CAT A builder. I cannot describe what category. But there is no alphabet for that category.
