Just in continuation to my previous question, is it wise to go ahead with assetz property after getting so much of negative reviews on assetz 63 degree east . Wherein the property owners have reported poor built and the issue wherein they have sold the part of the property to adarsh group.
Also they have started taking booking in huge number but have not even started started the construction and only very recently they have finalized the contractor.
Kindly advise.

Yes you can consider going ahead with Assetz Property. Snag list at the time of possession is a quite a common issue with across all the developer and will be addressed immediately by the technical team before handing over. Assets properties have not sold any land to Adarsh group. I would suggest you to go ahead with the property.
Assetz sun and sanctum, Sobha lake gardens, Shriram Blue- which one is better for self living or investment? Few things noticed are Sun and sanctum is closer to main NH, good architecture and layout. Major parts of Bangalore are accessible from here by road and metro (upcoming stations within ~3.5kms). Sobha lake gardens also provide good layout, but high tension wires are a concern. Also, assuming good quality of construction for both. Not sure if Shriram can be compared to other two mentioned above. What’s your opinion Harish?

We have checked the property in sun and sanctrum for a 3 bhk 1707 build up area, they said possession is on 2024…we have also checked brigade utopia with same possession date but price for utopia is higher …what do u suggest ?? Is brigade utopia would be better or sun and sanctrum would be good?

Both the projects are good for self living. Brigade Utopia will fetch better ROI when compared to Sun & Sanctum because of it configuration & location.

Looking for 2 / 2.5 bhk, can you please let me know if this is good bet considering the appreciation and the current price that the builder have quoted. I felt the price is on a higher side as concorde auriga is quoted at a very less price compared to this.
Do you recommend any other properties in this range in east bangalore or hennur near to metro station ?

I am considering this project for purchase. 3bhk cost approx 1.1 cr. Do you consider this as a premium project for such high pricing. Also they say posession by end Dec 2023 for phase 1. Do they stick to the time lines.
