hi Harish, how is the construction quality of Brigade Plumeria? Also, I know they have a lot of amenities but how is the maintenance. I heard Brigade doesn’t fare too well in this department. So, worry is due to poor maintenance amenities will not be optimally available. Could you share your thoughts/

Brigade Team has delivered decent quality of construction in Brigade Plumeria. Projected Maintenance rate is Rs.3/Sqft & It will not be too high as the number of units are more. Besides, Post Project handover, maintenance will be handled by Owners Association & you can raise your voice & get things to align; if you find any issues pertaining to maintenance.
