Hello Mr.Harish:I have purchased a 3 bhk apartment in Kammanahalli off Bannerghatta Road.I t is a 1615 sft 3 bedroom apartment with 2 attached bathroom and 1 common bathroom.It has 2 balconies.It has a 16 feet x 4 feet space in the front which one can use it as a garden.Amenities include Club house,swimming pool,basketball court,badminton court,1covered car park,gym,table tennis and snooker indoor courts.It is completely furnished with modular kitchen,wardrobes,lofts etc.special pAints used in living room.This was registered only in April 2015.Absolutely new and well maintained.Cashdown payment and full amt has been paid.No loan on this Property.
I want to sell this property for a good price and invest in Napa valley.
Is it a good idea? I want ur esteemed advice on this

Hi Harish, If I want to chose between Sobha Forest View resale flat in Kanakapura Road and Villa in Concorde Napa Valley, which one do you recommend?

I would choose Napa Valley because approach road for Purva is narrow. Their floor plans are not that attractive. In fact the villas are very economical. And it is scattered over multiple projects, not in the same location.

I am planning to buy a villa but not sure about the documentation of this project. Since the project is too big (110 acres), I am doubtful that they will have proper documents. Do you guys help in document verification also? If yes what is the fee. Also, reviews on internet for this project is not encouraging. Do you think it is worth investing here?
