I’ve been following up with the technical team for almost an year and the result is disappointing. There seems to be a limitation in their team about Building construction. I have spent a hell lot of money on Possible solutions To prevent water seepage based on inputs from others. But the roof structure leak is something only the Concorde team has to rectify. If you are planning to buy a villa here. Please ask them to validate the water proofing of the building before you make the payment. Once payment made you will face Trouble getting solution. Their customer service attitude is good , but technical competency is a question mark.

I follow all your Blogs very closely and your neutral comments on all projects are very helpful. I have a 2BHK in Hiranandani Queensgate Off Bannerghatta road but after construction Iam not happy with the configuration and in the same floor they have given 1BHK units which makes entire Queensgate very bad to stay. Also I may move abroad for 5 years so planning to sell my 2BHK and invest in a plot in Mysore road and Kanakpura road.
Can you please suggest if I can sell my 2BHK in Hiranandani Queensgate and buy a plot there in Concorde Napa Valley ? Also pl advice if buying a plot or Villa is a good option in Napa valley?.
Also when we compare Mysore road or Kanakpura road or Devenahalli which holds good in terms of appreciation ?
In Mysore road i cud see very few like Bluejay Ardley which is good by maintenance is bad and in devanhalli there are huge supply to check and get confused. Please advise.

Even I was very impressed with the way the Concorde Napa Valley has built up with their planning, construction, amenities etc., apart from its distance from the city. Now the Concorde club house is also in construction and is planned to complete it by end of 2020*.
To be frank, I saw all the reviews in this blog and later I decided to invest in Napa Valley.
We brought an 30*40 Villa @ price of 1 Crore beginning of last year 2019 for our-self use and not for rent purpose.
I have 2 following questions below:
1. Starting from this year 2020*, the price of an 30*40 New Villa has been increased to 1.20 Crore (1964 Sq.ft).
My friend is interested to buy an Villa this year. Do you think is it really that worth to buy an 30*40 New Villa at a price of 1.20 Crore from Concorde Marketing team ?
2. Initially we brought house for us to stay and leave in Nappy valley. Unfortunately we could not able to relocate it into our Villa and we are moving out of country for another 5 to 10 years.
So, now you can assume our New Villa what we brought in Napa is only as an investment purpose.
Please tell me, do you really think, can we Re-Sale our property after 5 years at very good price ? if so, do you have some kind of rough figure for Re-sale ?
Or else do you suggest to Re-sale the property in Napa Valley now itself at same price what I brought and invest in a 30*40 Plot inside the city near by Uttarahalli ? We dont really need our own house because N one is staying there at least for next 5 -10 years ?

My Opinion: Yes, it’s still worth buying a villa at 1.2 Cr. The reason being, This is the only large scale villa development project in Kanakapura Road from the branded developer & the project is still on demand.

My Opinion: Yes, you can easily sell your villa after 5 – 10 yrs down the line. Based on the current price growth trend, proposed infrastructure & tourism development at kanakapura road; you can expect around 1.5 to 1.6 Cr by 5 Yrs down the line & 2 Cr plus by 10 years down the line.
I would suggest you to hold the property at least for next 5 yrs for better ROI.
