I looking to buy a villa/row house and have potentially narrowed down to Axis Tatvam, Bluejay or Skanda Avani C99. I feel Bluejay and Skanda are at better location, have good connectivity to IT hubs with better potential growth than Axis Tatvam area.
What’s your take on this and which property would you suggest out of these.

Comparing with the mentioned projects based on the location and connectivity to CBD parts then as per our view Bluejay malgudi would make wise decision (I suppose you are referring in kanakapura road ) And regarding skanda avani sorry we have not reviewed on the same.
