I narrowed down to Vajram Newtown but the completion schedule is long and so far the build is complete only one project. I also look at Brigade Northridge and DsMAX Skycity (Not sure about their capability in building skyscraper. Please suggest. Thanks

Thank you Harish for your prompt & valuable reply. Vajram is a new builder who has completed Vajram Essensa and currently building Tiara & Aestiva. I have visited Essensa and quality is good. I am contemplating Vajram due to the price difference Rs 4300/sft compared to Rs 5600 brigade. Project completion is by end of 2020. Let me know if you get to know further on this. I will review Brigade further.

How about the Phase 2,

1) Is it not very close to the entrance and main road, will there be noise and air pollution for B block for instance.
2) Current quoted price is 5590 plus the PLC and floor rise charges separate
3) The possession of Phase 2 is set to Sep 2018, will they able to complete
4) All the approvals for Phase II are achieved yet?
5) How much can i expect the rental for 1880sqft with servant room.
6) Which one is better Sobha Palm court or Brigade Northridge , both are in the same road so which one do you recommend.

Should there be any red flags in terms of approvals? Why is that phase 1 has approvals for 12/13 floors but phase 2 not? Also is phase 1 ready? are there units available in phase 1 for 3bhk on 5+ floors? I would not like to pay any PLCs…

1. How good is the project? Does not look like much open space.
2. Is the locality worth the investment?
3. What can be the Appreciation in say 3-5 years?

I am interested in Brigade Northridge for self use. I visited the site and the the sales guy tells me all sold out , as I was looking for 2 BHK. He gives me flats either at the top floor or on 1st floor saying only these ones left in Tower C and Tower E :( . I have asked him to show me between 4 -8 floor, but he says all sold out. Also he says the possession date is Sept 2017. Current price is 5460/sq.ft Could you let me know if its a good buy ?
