except the hype of the huge advertisement and commercial, it is a risky investment. they never meet any of the promises. their sales team make you feel happy with an in built presentation and nice to you. once you pay the advance then you are in for the trouble and they get you paid fully and once the payment is taken there is no relationship. i visited their site couple of times, they did not allow me to see the progress siting construction site is not allowed to visit. i took my age old mother to show her the site from outside after getting the approval from the assistant relatioship manager just to see from outside and see a presentable finished flat. the security asked us to go out and closed the gate. i have to scream shout but they dont care and called Sameer the sales guy who got me into this trouble in 2024 with a promise to hand over it in april 2025. yesterday i saw the site and it will not get over even in 2026. i feel sorry for those invested in 2022 and 2023. Sad part is none of the designated CRM will get back to you once you are paid 90% of the payment. never invest with CASAGRAND and if you do so, you will be at loss of peace of mind. i have to pray to god to give me more patience and wait for handover in year 2026 hopefully

Before even thinking to buy a flat from Casagrand, talk to existing real customers on Casagrand. Here are reasons not to go with them
1. Construction Qty is poor.
2. They don’t care about customers once you pay them fully, they don’t even reply.
3. They will charge you delay payment saying as RERA but they don’t pay for their delay. Read carefully the delay payment clause in the contract.(Getting RERA extension is easy for builders as then they will ask Customer to pay).
4. Big False promise maid(If the promise is not present in the contract then forget) and Amenities are just shake for count.. not really good. Write on existing experience
