Any comments on the construction quality of Casagrand properties? Are the amenities, landscaping and other property infrastructure developed well?

Before even thinking to buy a flat from Casagrand, talk to existing real customers on Casagrand. Here are reasons not to go with them
1. Construction Qty is poor.
2. They don’t care about customers once you pay them fully, they don’t even reply.
3. They will charge you delay payment saying as RERA but they don’t pay for their delay. Read carefully the delay payment clause in the contract.(Getting RERA extension is easy for builders as then they will ask Customer to pay).
4. Big False promise maid(If the promise is not present in the contract then forget) and Amenities are just shake for count.. not really good. Write on existing experience
