Completion of the project is expected by end of 2019 and as discussed with the management they will adhere as per the rera compliances
Hi Harish, Its been quite sometime this project has been in pre-launch & almost 1+ years there has been no progress. They had the issue of the line shifting of High Tension wires & hoping to see that’s done quick & the project kicks-off.

As far as we know the approval for the project are in place; but due to shifting of HT line is which is taking time as they have already done with the tower construction, only BESCOM has to take a call in shifting the same and as per our knowledge will be done in another 3 months time.
Thank you Harish for your feedback ! Now that the HT line shifting is complete do you expect that by Oct’17 timeframe the project will kick-start ? Also how could we proceed with the Home Loan purposes as the approvals are all needed & with RERA coming now it may be taking more time. Please advise.
