What is wrong with the company – Super premium pricing
2BHK (1270 SQFT) on 10th floor is costing 1.22 Cr. What is this crazy pricing. Doesn’t one think this is out of bounds.
5L car parking, 10L construction cost. From investment perspective, does not make sense.

I was exploring apartments in Hebbal area when I came across this project. I must say I am really impressed with the amenities offered in Glen Classic project. The project includes a convenience store, squash court, billiards and snooker pool, day care center, covered snooker pool, gym with aerobics, and water bodies, etc. Being a sports aficionado, I loved all these facilities.
