I am a working mother and wanted to invest in a project that can take care of all my troubles. In Jan 2015, my husband and I have booked a 2BHK apartment at the Glen Classic, Hebbel. The best thing about this place is that it has a day care facility. This solves half of my problems, as for me, my child’s care is of top most priority. The project should be completed any time soon and we will be moving to this new place. The room view with Hebbel Lake on one side is truly mesmerizing. My husband is a frequent traveler and I’m happy that the Airport is in vicinity too. In addition, Jain Heritage School, Kidzee, Mallya Aidti International School, Columbia Asia Hospital, many banks, and ATM’s are also in close proximity to this place.

i have been following your conversation for a very long time now and due to all these negative comments i was really scared to book an apartment in glen classic . i was interested in this place as it was near to my work place but i hesitate it but thanks to mr harish achar fair opinion and suggestion i have decided to go forward with and i have recently booked a 2bhk for myself. during the registration we where helped and was informed about all the details and permission regarding the apartment feel really better now. thanks to you all. but i would like to say that it is better if you visit the site by yourself only then you will k now the reality

why do hiranandani calculate price on saleable area rather than the built up area? This results in a good price difference.

Thanks Harish i have booked a 1BHK in glen classic project of hiranandani. I think there will be a huge demand for 1 BHK in hebbal region with tier 1 builders. Right now all the big builders in hebbal have super luxury appts eg Embassy lake terraces etc but 1 BHK will have its own market in days to come. I liked the location and overall plan and its closeness to airport and also CBD.

i have the following concerns on glen classic :

the badrappa layout floods during rains and that is the 500 mtr approach into the project. There is also a gutter nearby in which smell comes out.
Also not sure on the clear land title for this project.

Hi Harish, with so many apartments coming up in the area, do you have any insight into the supply vs demand aspect. If a lot of apartments are available for rent my concern is obvious in terms of how much one could get for rent and how long would it take. Heard that Hiranandani Glen Classic project is close to a cemetery in Hebbal. Any idea how close it is to the cemetery? I am planning to book a 3BHK in Glen Classic and it’s coming up to 1.37 cr.
