hi harish. which is a better project – prestige gulmohar or mirabilis. also is there water issue in horamavu area. last question prestige gulmohar has 5 towers in 3 acres… which means almost no open space… will that be an issue

IS there any chance road widening after the under pass construction. The roads are very narrow after the railway cross towards project?

Like the location and Elevation. With railway overpass work underway – it would (hopefully) take only minutes to my workplace at Manyata. Excellent, futuristic elevation. With over 800 residents – I’m looking forward to a great community where I hope to find many like minded families for myself and my kids.
Buy from landowner (Ranka at drahomes dot in) – as I got the exact same apt (as being offered by Developer) at a discount of almost Rs. 2L – as developer is charging an exhorbitant 14% VAT as opposed to land owner charging only 4%. Also sales team of land owner was far easier to deal with.
