There are still court cases pending against this property filed by the residents of Floriana estates. All the approvals obtained for this project is by illegal means. If you look at the history of this project it has been going on for past 10 years and constructed structures have bee brought down multiple times

#24KGrazio plan is obtained by suppression of facts about the previous sanction plan on the same plot, according to BBMP it is illegal. Investors have no protection, for their money. Banks are refusing to fund the project.

The project is having serious illegalities as BBMP filed objections in the ongoing litigations as the project got its sanction by suppressing previous sanction of 2001 of Floriana Estates.
