In your opinion, do you recommend Total Environment’s project over Nitesh or vice-versa? Just wondering if/ how much the price appreciation in the future will depend on the builder.

Hello Harish, how does this project compare to the prelaunch project from total environment “in that quiet earth”., hennur. I couldn’t find your review of this project. We are a growing family and are interested in the prelaunch project but the location is sort of in a not so developed area. Also, unsure if metro is planned in the hennur area. And it is a huge project over 85+ acres. Would you consider this a good investment? Please share your views. Thanks!
