Hello Harish, how does this project compare to the prelaunch project from total environment “in that quiet earth”., hennur. I couldn’t find your review of this project. We are a growing family and are interested in the prelaunch project but the location is sort of in a not so developed area. Also, unsure if metro is planned in the hennur area. And it is a huge project over 85+ acres. Would you consider this a good investment? Please share your views. Thanks!

Yes we are yet to review the complete project info shortly; Projects from Total environment has a unique and special architectural design which most of the home seekers will definitely like to have a unit of such kind, you can consider this project but basically the first intention would be for self use, also the completion time is at the discretion of the company. And yes hennur road is good for investment as the traction towards north bangalore is in high demand.
Also as of now the metro is planned till Nagawara / elements mall – Thanisandra road ( Phase II of line 4) which is parallel to hennur road, so may be in future we may expect the metro connectivity.
What is your opnion on the simplex Apartment..would this be a good Investment..i am not looking for self use but interested in this area as the Metro would come up..
