If you consider Projects on Location Perspective in terms serene and already existing facilities like near by schools, malls and entertainment areas then Prestige Boulevard is the good option.
If you are looking for high density project, large open space then Brigade Golden Triangle would be good bet

Also if i go with Brigade golden triangle, then what about the necessities like Good school and hospitals. I don’t see any in that area. Is their any plans for future?

We regret on the amenities part, yes there is no tennis / squash courts in the project we shall edit the same from our end.
And about Brigade Golden Triangle, yes the school and hospital would be reachable again on the kannamangala and whitefield area as of now, also you can find few educational institute like Garden City college, Delhi public School, Kendriya Vidyala, on KR Puram side.

Hi, the pricing is cheaper than other surrounding projects from similar brand names. Is that Okay ? I know I am being bit skeptic here, but how are they managing to lower the price ? Also, the Facebook page of Prestige Group is filled with lot of negative or not-so-good reviews and feedbacks. So would it be right to trust Prestige Group ?
I have been very much interested in the Prestige Boulevard but got these doubts in the back of my mind. If I get some convincing response, it will give me a confidence to proceed with this project.

I am looking for 2BHK apartment for self and i have checked both the prestige properties (Lakeside Habitat and Boulevard). I am basically looking for possession by 2018/2019 and from price point of view both of above projects suits to my requirement. However from connectivity and locality point of view what are your recommendations. For example for Boulevard there is proposed metro station within an 2 KM distance and all the BMTC volvo routs are within 1KM distance and locality looks premium. However for Lakesite habitat in connectivity perceptive there is no proposed metro and also locality nearby looks okay compared to boulevard. Appreciate your recommendation on this.

So there would be more talks on PLH rather than Boulevard and hence appreciation wise PLH holds upper hand, Coming to the varthur location; no doubt this would be considered as one of the top investment destination till 2020 as per the Residential Investment Advisory Report 2016 from Knight Frank., And is expected to appreciate up to 55%.

Their choice of land would be freehold, marketable and free from all encumbrances, claims etc., hopefully they might get approvals in short period of time. We recommend the investment with Prestige is Safe.
The location of project is next to Rustique City lights apartments (G+2) and close to Gopalan Atlantis. The positives for the project is that it is already habitable with only 140+ apartments. It is closer to all amenities (e.g. schools, malls, shops) and is in the center of major office locations (2- 4 kms).
The negatives are timing of possession (2019) which is bit far though may suit some people. The approach road (~ 0.5 kms) is not that wide but enough for two way traffic.
Overall, it will be a good investment and also a good location to live in Whitefield.

I am interested in a 2BHK flat in an apartment, preferably between Marathalli and ITPL and the locality around. I came to know about this project. But I was primarily interested in some township kind of Project by A grade builder. Can you please suggest me one even if there is something coming up in future. Or Can you also please let me know if this is a good buy(barring the reason that this is not a township).
I had one more question of comparison between Sobha Rain Forest though it is at a different Location, Prestige Lakeside habitat, Ozone Promenade or this Project.Which one you suggest to be better.

The best part of the project is location…Road will get ready by the time project gets completed. Besides, Next boulevard, Prestige is comping up with luxury villa project. by 2019 whole area will be perfect place to live. Current price going on for Gopalan Atlantis is Rs.5700 / Sft.
I feel the approach road is too narrow. I checked Gopalan Atlantis in Apr’2014, during afternoon and the road is jam packed. But the price point is really attractive.
