I had a plan of purchasing a plot in prestige Park drive – Phase 3 for investment purpose.. But i see a Dharga located next to prestige entrance gate .. Wanted to know , whether this would be problematic for resale purpose ?

I got a call from some channel partner mentioning Phase 3 pre-launch in September for Prestige Park Drive. Thought of checking with you as I get most authentic information from HomzNSpace.
If the news is true then between Prestige Park Drive Phase 3 and Purva Tivoli Hills, which is better for Investment and Dwelling.

Hi Harish, Property seems to be under the direct flight path of Airport. Isn’t it super noisy for a peaceful living? And close to National highway too. Though in a way it is advantageous, it has same issues with. regarding noise. What are your views?

I want to put forward a query, for your opinion/view, My brother has purchased a plot from Prestige ParkDrive. We know if we a purchasing a apartment we couldn’t had a thought also.
Since this is their first plotted development in Bangalore, do you think we need to take a legal opinion on the development as this is a joint venture with MGR group (Seller) prestige being only a developer with Power of general Attorney.
And that to club house they have kept as separate on membership basis. And they have shown it on commercial space either with Developer/Selee.

We know again legal opinion it’s subject to individual satisfaction. You being a big player in this field do you think we should go for it? If you want to give on scale 0-100%, how much do u gave to go for legal opinion ?.
Because family tree, Pudi of Karnataka land act will take much time.
