I am planning for 2bhk for self use/investment near kanakapura road/banashankari within 60Lac budget, year of completion is not an issue.
This will be my first investment. I have below queries:
1. I visited primerose hills & the unit(unit plan K) i am planning to book has common wall between bedroom and lift. Sales person saying it won’t be an issue but somehow i am not convinced as it may create vibrations & sound, even though the lift entry is at other side of the room. Please let me know will this be an issue?
2. Which is good between Prestige primerose hills & rohan akriti? or do you suggest any other projects in the vicinity.

The salesperson is right; there won’t be an issue with the common wall & the lift; There will not be any vibrations/sound as the architects have already considered this while designing the project & construction technology has improved a lot. Prestige Primerose Hills & Rohan Akrit will yield the same ROI in the long run. I suggest you to consider based on possession timelines & floor plans.

Also, which area and project is better for investment between Prestige Primrose Hills and Prestige Finsbury Park? Both offer 2BHK configuration in budget of 50L right now but I am not sure which area would grow faster.
