I have booked for a 2BHK flat in PRG, Yelahanka on the 10th floor in tower No.1 unit No.1108 for investment / rental purpose. I had booked in Dec 2012 at the rate of 4080/- . Promised possession was Feb 2017, But, looking at the progress doesn’t look likely.

a) Whats the going rate now?

PRG is a good project to bet on long run. You can expect 20 – 25 K per month for 2.5 BHK. Yellahanka population density has increased from last 2 years. so dont worry.

First of all, we have not reviewed Hoysala projects, hence, wont be able to comment on the same.
We have seen 2.5 BHKs at higher demand compared to 2 BHK both in terms of rentals as well as resale.

A little late to the party, but would like to know if buying the 1BHK in Tower 9 would be any good for investment purpose. The reason I ask is because these 1BHKs are in 1st and 2nd floor and do not have a balcony. Besides, they are inside facing. The price quoted is ~40 lacs including everything.
Are there any other good upcoming projects in around Yelahanka for investment? Our budget is around 35-40.
