Beware!! Buyers: Promises made by provident housing Ltd or their representative Mr Vikram on booking the project are all false and never fulfilled. I am myself a victim. Had purchased two 3BHK in Nov 2019 and was promised an offer of 8 gms gold each on booking. A year after registration still not received anything promised. Never fall prey to any offers of Mr Vikram or any sales representative of Provident housing. These are only to lure customers, promises never kept later. I am planning to move legally. Repeated mails to crm of purvankara/provident regarding the issue is unanswered and their representative Mr vikram who accepted the booking does not attend calls. This counts to pure cheating.
