Shriram properties is fraud as it covered with brand name, they won’t respond to your concerns or complaints once you paid your money very worst customer service desk, so far it is 6 months they haven’t refunded my EOI amount which is 100% refundable as still struggling to get as I am reaching over mail phone whatsapp but no one will respond to you . Please be aware of your money even phase 1 is not completed yet with amenities and construction is very poor as you can go through google reviews and mouthshut.com. Believe me from top management to sales executive every one is fraud. If you have a money additionally by chance in lottery please construct temple church or masjid, But don’t trap into this fraud business
Its a nightmare to buy property from Shriram Builders. Their sales guys will sell you your dream home,which infact will be only in your dream and not in reality. One will be left with the only incomplete work.,be it construction ,amenities etc.
I would rather suggest one to visit Shriram Greenfield phase 1 before buying Shriram Yuva
Ask all not one, but all the owners of Shriram Summit, Shriram Greenfield and other upcoming projects. The only good thing that they have is their sales guys who will openly lie on your face. If they have mentioned 2024 as delivery time believe me you will get what they promised perhaps by 2030 or worst you may still not get what is promised on their brochure or whatever their unethical sales team commits.
Huge delay and no commitment on EMI offers mentioned.
