Ask all not one, but all the owners of Shriram Summit, Shriram Greenfield and other upcoming projects. The only good thing that they have is their sales guys who will openly lie on your face. If they have mentioned 2024 as delivery time believe me you will get what they promised perhaps by 2030 or worst you may still not get what is promised on their brochure or whatever their unethical sales team commits.
