I have shortlisted few projects of which Sobha Clovelly and Advantage Raheja’s Pebble Bay are in the list. Among these 2 projects, which one would you recommend?

I’m an NRI. Looking for 3/4 bhk apartment with minimum carpet area of at least 1500sqft for personal use.

Not worth the price. I stay nearby, huge existing traffic problems, will only get worse with this building coming up….

Could you please share your experiences with Sobha, I am interested in this project.


Please ask yourself. Are be satisfied with ceiling height of less than 9.6 ft. ? When you are paying premium price. Sobha Ltd yard stick for Luxury means Brand ” SOBHA Quality” and not best living experience for its occupants. They should build for 21st century and not of 90’s. A minimum of 12ft of ceiling height and floor to ceiling height windows , good quality natural marble and spacious living room will be welcome start.

Premium Luxury, Supper Luxury word is always abused by Bangalore developers. All these apartment will be difficult to pass over to next generation as these lot will demand above in next few years.
