I agree with Amal, even though Banshankari is good locality this project is not in a good spot and very overpriced considering its location & SNN
Sarakki vegetable market is just below. A very dirty market for the past 20 years. Always fowl smell, dogs, cows eating rotten leftovers. Very unhygienic area. Especially early morning between 3 am to 8 am one lane of the road is occupied by large trucks, lorries for loading unloading. People who go to airport and railway stations between 2 am and 8 a.m. avoid this road completely. Thus not recommended. No pedestrian walk ways, festival seasons and rainy season is a nightmare. Not worth the money for this area.
