Spring in the Air, one of the worst gated community I have ever come across. They are fraud and cheaters and simply rob the money of innocent people. All the salesperson here are fake and fraud. They deceive the customers by lying and never keep up to their promise. At the time of selling the unit they lie by saying that if we cancel the booking, we will get full refund amount of booking, they even show us the booking terms and conditions, which clearly mention that within 7 days of paying the booking amount, if we cancel it they will refund the complete amount, but never stand up to their promise. After I cancelled the booking, they didn’t returned my 50 thousand rupees and when I went to the head office, they are saying that that salesman is no more working with them. His name was suryaprakash, he changed his mobile no and urban rise is hiding him. This company is simply earning millions by robbing the money of innocent people. Also they removed the booking paper in which it was clearly mentioned that within 7 days if I cancel the booking, all my money will be refunded and replaced it with another agreement paper which they took my signatures at the time of making the booking fee. They didn’t even showed to me the new terms and conditions before taking my sign.
This is simply a fake and fraud company. My strong advice is to stay away from this company if you don’t want to loose your hard earned money. I have all the WhatsApp proof and conversations which I had with this salesman(SuryaPrakash) who was simply betraying me from 8 months by saying that all my money will be refunded by the company.
Mrs Joshila(CRM Manager) is also a fraud who lied to me after speaking with SuryaPrakash and now she is saying that Surya Prakash is no more working with the company.
All the managers and heads of this company are so arrogant and unprofessional and behave very badly with the customers.
One of the worst developers I have ever seen in my life. They betray the customers in every possible way. I registered my interest by booking a 2 BHK Apartment with Urbanrise, spring in the air project. At the time of booking I was been informed that If I cancel the booking within 7 days, all my booking amount will be refunded. But these guys are robbers, they never returned my money. It’s almost 8 months now and they keep on delaying by not responding and not answering the calls. My sincere advice is to stay away from these kind of robbers who cheat, deceive and rob the hard earned money of innocent people.
All the representatives, salesman and CR team guys are cheaters. They say one thing at the time of booking and never keep up their promise.
The salesperson who promised me that my money will be returned back to me is now not answering the calls, he has changed his mobile no. His name is Mr SuryaPrakash.
Other people who are involved in this fraud are:
1) Mr SRIKANTH CRM
2) MRS JOSHILA– CRM MANAGER
These people are taking it easy because they know that I am out of country, but I am not gonna spare anyone of them. Soon I will be coming to India and going to make a police case against this company and against all the persons who are involved in this fraud.

Let me share my genuine experience with you about this company – Alliance Group / Urbanrise. They are very good in mesmerizing customers. Every real estate project of this company has very nice Marketing office. Hospitality is also good. You will feel that Apartments which they are selling in Chennai and Hyderabad are priced reasonably. Now, the inner story.
1. Construction pace of all their real estate projects move very very slow. If you consider the delay and calculate the cost of delay, you would realize that you have ended up paying far more than the market price.
2. Though they use MIVAN framework in construction, the quality of cement and steel they use are very sub-standard. Very cheap quality. One of my friends is working as an engineer in one of their projects and he advised me not to buy a property here. He revealed that only 10% of cement and steel they use are of decent quality and this they would highlight to their customers that they use top quality cement and steel. 90% of steel and cement they use are of very bad, cheap and local made quality. These poor-quality cement and steel are kept hidden and customers are shown only the good brands. This is how they cheat. Their old constructed buildings have lot of issues like seepages, cracks, corrosion, poor sewage etc.
Therefore, my sincere advice – Please don’t buy any property / apartment / villa from this builder. I cancelled my booking and took my amount back
