I have been planning to book an Apartment in phase -2 , whenever they launch .
However i have heard from some people that , there is Financial Problem with Adarsh Group , like Delaying Projects & Delay in Salaries to employee’s of Adarsh Group.
I Have seen Finsbury park and liked the floor plans too, however due to lack of development at present now have been considering Adarsh Green. I have like the property(Adarsh Green) and i am seriously considering to book the property
Could please tell regarding Adarsh Group Financial Status & whether they would able to complete the project in-time.

Due to the impact of Pandemic; There were glitch in the construction progress & in Fund flow to most of the developers and its almost sorted now. Both the projects are equally good in terms of Investment. I would suggest you to consider based on your likings.
