I observed open area in this project is only 26% . Seems its very less as being high rise, normally high rises give open area of min of 60% in land of around 4.5 Acres..
Please suggest your opinion.
I strongly recommend this project due its proximity, amenities, quality of construction, rate and anticipated appreciation.
The property is very close to railway tracks. I have been to the site and luckily I could notice the train passing by. Vibration and train horn is unavoidable and can be headache if trains are scheduled at night although builders are promising noise free windows or something but closing the windows and all will be a job altogther.

its a Good property even location is really good if you compare on the main rod is very peaceful area , its very close to NH7.
Property i saw and bought. The railway track is not a busy line at all. I don’t think this is a issue. Property is good located and full of amenities and greens. i liked the location and moreover the brand and competitive price.

It is not a very busy railway line. Moreover club, park and other amenities are designed towards track and buildings are also designed appropriately. Not much of disturbance due to rail movement is anticipated. The site is in very good location and residential area. I recommend strongly

Yes this project is bit close to the railway track, thus by considering this, the concept of the masterplan is carefully designed by having out door amenities zones and club house near to the track., And definitely yes this would be an ideal for investment as well as for self use reason being very competitively priced when compared to the surrounding projects and also close to the International airport.
