Do not trust the builder, My experience with his Lorenza project is very bad, Developer is no more interested in this project, instead he is behind his other project like Orlena and Bullevard. Buyers are struggling to get Lorenza completed and for hand over with OC.

Once you pay 95% of the cost, he will start new projects and we have to run behind and beg for the completion.

Please do double check with their real custmers *Not the one whom they ask you to call and check… ”
