Dear Harish Sir,

I was amazed to see Keytsway price break up. They are charging 12% GST. they say 5% is GST & 7% is ITC.

got few questions.

  1. I have not seen any builder changed 12% GST exepct casagrand
  2. Is it even legal to ask for ITC?

Pleas advise.
