Thanks for this wonderful service you are providing us. I have couple of queries:
1. Given the pandemic and development slowdown, what are your thoughts on the growth of this area? (Especially in the 1-2 km stretch from gunjur junction to campan valley which is mostly greenery & no people around)
2. The builders gave me two different prices post the pandemic situation. One sales person quoted a flat 700 discount at 3300 per sq ft and another one quoted pre pandemic cost (4000 per sq ft). What are your thoughts on nominal price for this project?

Does the clubhouse come with a heated pool? I’m trying to invest in a gated society plot around Sarjapur- Whitefiled area and not able to find suitable luxury developments. Even Brigade, Goderej and Prestige’s new apartment developments are not coming with this facility, can you please suggest any that have a heated pool?

I was going through muthsandra road at 7:00PM and it was pitch dark, no streetlights and no other houses/buildings. Taking that into account, how safe would you consider this project to be for commuting after dark? Also, how many years more till we can expect street lights there.
