Hello Harish! First of all, thank you so much for what I can only call an absolutely terrific website. This is a treasure trove of information and for every property that I have been googling I’ve been hoping to find a link on homznspace!!
Positives aside, I have queries.
1. What would you say could be realistically expected of appreciation in the next ten years.
2. In such gated communities, each owner has an opinion as to how to use their land. How is their construction/land use regulated?
3. I am interested only in investment. What kind of time frame should I look at for keeping this land?
4. If I bought it, could I install solar panels and send energy into the grid even though the land is not being used for anything else? Afterall, if I made a house on this land I’d still install solar panels on top of it.
5. Is it possible for maintenance of this land to be done by the builder as part of maintenance expenses?
6. If I buy two adjoining plots, can I use it at one single big plot?
