one of the worst builders ever . the customer is harassed in every possible way. i have booked a flat here and have been regretting my decision. poor quality and overly prices and on top of that we are paying rent EMI now they are charging interesrt for late payment that is done from the bank. People please keep away fro this project . They are just looting and making money .

Some say it’s BDA land approved and BMICAPA approved the construction,could you please clarify??

Pl note that the location of the project falls under BMICAPA Jurisdiction, hence the BDA has made the BMICAPA as the competent authority to issue the sanction layouts, building plans, and the permission certificate to construct.
There are about 8 planning authorities which come under BDA., The Bangalore metropolitan area includes Bangalore urban and rural districts falling under the jurisdictions of Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), Bangalore International Airport Planning Authority (BIAPA), Bangalore Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Area Planning Authority (BMICAPA), Magadi planning authority, Nelamangala Planning Authority, Kanakapura planning authority, Ramanagara-Channapatna urban development authority and Bangalore Metropolitan Region Development Authority (BMRDA) respectively which has their own zones.
So need not to worry it is of BDA sanctioned property and approved by BMICAPA.

If compared with the easy accessible and location then we would suggest Rohan Aakriti, but if you consider in terms of brand then godrej eternity can be looked upon.
Other project in the vicinity can be considered are Prestige lake ridge, Prestige Falcon city or sobha park and plaza
But if observed overall competitive pricing then rohan Akriti holds good.
Suggest you to opt with good feasible unit as per your choice among all the projects.
