just wanted to check with your regards to club membership charges.
Firstly, the builder says that the club and other amenities will not be handed over to the society and will remain under their control.
Secondly, along with club membership charges collected at the time of purchase, the builder will also collect an annual charges of Rs 8k-9k for using the amenities and they have the right to increase these annual charges at their discretion.

The Glen Gate project of the House of Hiranandani at Hebbal, Bangalore, offers 2 and 3 BHK residences. I visited the location last week and found it beautiful.
I have lived near Hebbal Lake for almost 5 years now and the Hiranandani projects are very close to my current home. Since I love the area and have been planning to buy a house of my own, these projects seem like a tempting place to invest in. Just yesterday I took a tour through the property and the units look beautiful. The surrounding area is wonderful too and amenities on offer a great. I am hoping to invest in a 2 BHK here, so I can live with my parents comfortably; my current home is a 1 BHK so sleeping on the living room couch every night.
After seeing so many projects, I finally booked an apartment in the Glen gate project in Hebbal area, Bangalore. I am quite well versed with Hebbal and its surrounding. There are a number of impressive constructions in this area, Glen Gate is one of them. The area nearby is in proximity to the Hebbal Lake, and thus offers bewitching views of the lake and the green surroundings nearby. The amenities offered in this project include premium clubhouse facilities, swimming pool, billiards and snooker pool, day care center, convenience store, etc. Thanks to the development of several flyovers, the area is linked to the Bellary Road and Outer Ring Road, which has made it a sought after locality among buyers.

Glengate overlook Hebbal Lake, making it the ideal space to invest your money in. along with breathtaking views, the project even offers some really wonderful amenities such as a gym with aerobics, badminton court, a day care centre, clubhouse, and a convenience store. For all these reasons, I have invested in 2 BHKs in Glengate. In one apartment I will settle down with my wife and daughter, and the other one I will give on rent. I can’t wait to move in here and enjoy my retirement in such a serene space.
I have been checking out luxury apartments in Bangalore city since a while. I finally found my dream apartment in Glen Gate by Hiranandani. I was amazed to see so many amenities offered. There is a three level car parking space. The windows are large enough to give ample light and ventilation. Besides this, there is a convenience store, covered swimming pool, badminton court, gym with aerobics, squash court, day care center, water bodies and landscape. I have a good feeling about this project.
I just explored Glen Gate apartments by House of Hiranandani and I must say that I am really impressed with all the amenities offered. They have a 24/7 video surveillance for safety, which is of foremost importance to me. Also, they offer a convenience store, squash court, billiards and snooker pool, day care center, covered snooker pool, gym with aerobics and water bodies. The home automation amenity is also great. One added benefit is that the surrounding location is peaceful and tranquil. I have shortlisted this project. I am waiting for my family to have a look at it once.

You are informing that all approvals are in place, but go through the DSK brought allotted land, Indian express 22nd feb 2014 rubbish your claim. When asked about link documents at Hirnandani office there is no response and we had paid token advance. Kindly let us know the true fact.

Being and NRI, I am not very familiar with Bangalore. My primary requirement is a very good connectivity to the CBD.( both road and metro). Hi Harish, I’m looking at HoH Glen Classic from investment standpoint. Are you going to review it separately? Their base price as of now seems to be 6100 psft. Is it correctly priced/overpriced and is it going to increase shortly in line with Glen Gate? Also, what is the expected completion date for Glen Classic. Lastly if I invest in an 1BHK at Glen Classic, does that same YoY appreciation probability as 2 and 3 BHK apartments?

HOH Glen classic has already been reviewed separately. Builder is quoting as per market rate, in terms of appreciation, the increase component will hold the same parameter as of Glen Gate. The expected completion is 2018 onwards. Yes, the probability of appreciation will be the same as there are lack of 1 BHK’s available in that locality.
