Just a generic Q; given the economic slowdown, would you advise to wait for some more for prices to correct?

Prestige Fairfield would be an ideal choice. Reason being “Better Location” & with respect to your question – Price correction has already happened during Demonetisation, GST & RERA was introduced. Property prices are expected to rise post lockdown as Govt is planning special schemes for builders to improve GDP.
Are there any issues with this project related to approvals or any thing else?. During pre- launch they had mentioned that the construction will start by May, but not sure if even the official launch has taken place. Booking amount (20%) has been taken as early as March from several buyers and no sign of sale agreement being executed even after 5 months..
