There are only 22 proposed Sky Villas at Phase II of Bhartiya City Nikoo Homes Project., Out of which there is only one Unit which is available as of now and is being valued at a base price of Rs. 5250 psft.
I understand that the phase 2 ground breaking and excavation started early in 2016 but till today work not completed yet and come to a stop because they have hit a rock bed. At this rate it is very uncertain if this project will be completed timely. I am contemplating whether I should invest in B.C now. Please share your view.

Last news I head was Nikoo home 2 launch by March 2015. Given the slow demand growth in Realty, I think this will be delayed.
