I understand that the phase 2 ground breaking and excavation started early in 2016 but till today work not completed yet and come to a stop because they have hit a rock bed. At this rate it is very uncertain if this project will be completed timely. I am contemplating whether I should invest in B.C now. Please share your view.

at the current pace think the overall project will only be completed by 2025. if residencies are completed by 2019 cannot wait for 4 years after booking in phase 2. would like to know experiences of phase 1 and if any 3BHK apartments are on sale.

I have got a 3 floors new construction with 2bhk and 1bhk facilitate attaching to sobha city compound wall behind Vajram esenza my personal suggestion is ppl spending 1.3 crores on a single 2bhk flat no hard feelings on other projects its justa valued suggestion and no harm in spending 2 crores and get 4 houses with the rent of 50k per month building owner can stay in 2bhk and rest can be rented out interested ppl contact 9620789067 Anjan

leela residences are priced at 10500 per sft .. is this an indication that phase 2 can be charged much higher than phase 1 existing rate ? with the leela tag the prices only will shoot up .
