Hi Harish,

We have bought a 2Bhk in Nikko Homes in Bhartiya City which we are thinking to re-sell on posession to buy a little bigger configuration later.

We invested around 60L on the 2bhk, possession is around last quarter of 2016, do you think next to Leela’s big sale point, Nikoo Homes re-sell value would be pretty higher than expected or it might be affected in negative way ?

Basically, what can be the selling value of a 2bhk configuration (on 17th floor) in next 1.5 year ?

Harish, Why do you feel this property would fetch really good return. Would there be good demand for these units by Corporates. What about a fully furnished apartment in Nikoo home. From an investment perspective which one would you advise 1bhk in Leela residence or 2/3bhk in Nikoo.

What is your view on this project? 2 BHK is around 2 crore
How do you rate this to flats which are somewhere inside the city for ex: Salarpuria magnificia. (price in the same range). as both are luxury.
My family friend was planning to buy salarpuria magnificia thats why this question.
Any additional advantage these leela residence will have?
Also what will be carpet area of leela residence?

Also more importantly, these (leela ) residences will have any impact interms on price or user convenience for the owners staying in near by vicinity like sobha city etc.?
