We have bought a 2Bhk in Nikko Homes in Bhartiya City which we are thinking to re-sell on posession to buy a little bigger configuration later.

We invested around 60L on the 2bhk, possession is around last quarter of 2016, do you think next to Leela’s big sale point, Nikoo Homes re-sell value would be pretty higher than expected or it might be affected in negative way ?

Basically, what can be the selling value of a 2bhk configuration (on 17th floor) in next 1.5 year ?
