The price of this project has not increased since a year. In Aug 2016 it was the same price as now- Rs. 5340/-. Could you please help me in understanding if there are some concerns in the overall market or they had over priced it a year back? It is better if you can hold on, since the prices have not increased since May 2016. The prices have been stagnated at 5240/sqft. and never increased from then.

One of the current schemes in Ozone Urbana says- Assured rental returns of Rs18.75/sqft. Is this scheme reliable and can you please highlight this scheme in details.


I recently purchased 2 plots (North East corner, adjacent plots) in Urbana. I am planning to construct a villa of about 3000 square feet for investment purposes.
Can you estimate how much I can sell the villa for in another 2 or 3 years.


Forgot to mention that the total area of the plots is 3600 sqft (1 plot 30X40 and the other 60X40). Double corner – nortth and east.

When are these flats realistically likely to be offered for possession?

I have been following this project for quite sometime. Over the last 18 months, prices have significantly gone up and is now at 4990/-sqft. I guess now they are offering subvention schemes for few units. Will it be worth investing in the project in 2bhk apartments ? and in the subvention schemes ? Request you to please share your views on the potential appreciation in the next 2-3 years considering that the current area is yet to be developed.
