Dear Harish, please do not encourage buyers to go for Ozone Urbana. I listened to your comments, invested, now there are multiple complaints FIR RERA cases against the group for not handing over flats. Our hard earned money and curses to Ozone. At least others don’t fall prey to them through your respected website.

– Saw Embassy springs but found too conjusted

The price of this project has not increased since a year. In Aug 2016 it was the same price as now- Rs. 5340/-. Could you please help me in understanding if there are some concerns in the overall market or they had over priced it a year back? With this pace I dont think we’ll ever be able to get even 10% p.a return. Please guide/advise us.

Also they have a buy guaranteed buy back scheme returning with 100% interest of your initial payment after 2 years.
Do you think it will be a good idea to buy now for investment purpose if I am looking at selling the apartment 5-6 years from now?

It is better if you can hold on, since the prices have not increased since May 2016. The prices have been stagnated at 5240/sqft. and never increased from then.
