also is kaveri water supplied in these projects as its on the main road and internal roads in BGroad do get alternative days of Kaveri water ?

Hello Harsh,
Have shortlisted 3BHK (1600-1800sqft) in Prestige Elysian, Song of South and Falcon city.
Song of south is bit less but its in interior not too keen on it. The campus is good though.
Falcon city is also good but the prices seem higher due to the recent metro opening and the forum mall opening.
Does it make sense to go for Elysian since its an upcoming project and I have been told metro will come near to the apartment?
1) What can I expect an 1800 sqft home in elysian to cost when it launches?
2) What would the rent for the 1800sqft home be in about 2~3 years?
