Serene life looks interesting to me although I have couple of concerns holding me back. Please clarify if you may:
1. One of their internal roads(Main entry and left most wide road within property) are being open now for public use. So certainly there is positive and negative aspects – New connectivity to airport (+) and less privacy for community. Your opinion please, how bad it could be ?
2. How capable these areas are to fulfill water requirement after fledged societies ?

Here is my opinion on your quires:

You are right but it won’t affect much on privacy. The reason being, Internal roads may connect to neighboring private properties in the future & because of the existing presence of Shettigere road – not many people will use the internal road to commute airport. Besides, there will proper security in place.
2. How capable these areas are to fulfill water requirement after fledged societies ?
Considering the current situation. Society need to depend on water tankers for drinking purpose. STP’s & Rainwater Harvesting can take 60 % of the Water requirement of society. Besides, Govt is working towards supplying treated waters.
Hi, Since this is very near to the upcoming airport terminal 2 runway. there would be for sure issue with noise level problem , It seems not a good fit for longer stay. How about having an idea of Airbnb / Service Apartments kind of business keeping view of Airport and Nearest to IT park.
Is it allowed to do something like that in future within salarpuria in later days? Else I see no point in this property for purely residential. Let me know all your views in this.
Is this project located near a storm water drain or Raja kaluve?
Avoid this property for self use or investment. Unlikely returns after 2nd runway is over. I have following concerns.
1. This property is just below the flight path from 2nd runway, which is designed to takeoff bigger and cargo planes as well. The aerial distance is just 2 kms ( i measured from google map scale) . Jet takeoff/ landing within 2 nautical miles generates noise around 100 db, which is 8 times the 70db normal exposure. Serious damage to heart, eardrum and memory are expected on longterm exposure. ( Ref – https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aircraft_noise and http://www.industrialnoisecontrol.com/comparative-noise-examples.htm ). People may not feel short term exposure, but long term effects are there). Here we are talking around 6 hrs daily ( considering 45 seconds noise every 4mins once).
2. See this property, they claim coconut trees, but they are on the plots and not on roads, which will disappear once everyone builds the house. Greenery is very less otherwise. Also, all the possible upside is already taken by builder, so dont expect any returns for first 5 years.
If someone wants to experience the actual noise level, visit ozone urbana, spend around an hour near swimming pool and multiply the experience by 24 hours (day and night), 365 days, and years. People in ozone urbana are staying since 1 yrs and mainly students stay there. longterm effects come only after 5 yrs.
I think Harish should avoid advising the properties ( Instead of advising sound proof glass and not going out) with such a high impact on health, both ozone urbana and salarpuria sattva serene life.

Ozone Urbana also has the same issues, builder provided sound proof glass to minimise noise pollution caused by air traffic. I dont think it will be major issues, if you use sound proof windows to your home & which will not costly as well.

Hi Sir, Thank you for helping the buyers. I can see that this project has received 1.5 star rating from buyers but 4 star from the experts. May I know the reasons for such mismatch. Is something fishy in the project? Does this project possess all approval in place. Price is quite high though, but I am planning to invest here because I am hoping for return after 5-10 years and will consider my weekend home after 2 years. I can see some lower rating for this project if I search in google also, but only problem I found in the negative comment is that this is close to airport terminal 2 or any other factors which other buyers are finding. Is there any chance in future that airport may occupy this property? Please help me to take a decision ? I do not want to loose my hard earned money .

Apart from flight noise, i dont see any negative facts about the project. sometimes Public ratings are also influenced by competitors. Project has received all the approvals. Don’t worry its worth investing in Salarpuria Serene life.
I feel this project is too close to the upcoming airport terminal 2 runway. It measures around 2-2.5 nauticle miles from the runway. More flights flying above the project within 1000 Feet height might cause noise pollution. Not sure if anyone else is of the same opinion.
