Location wise both are little interior, but both are highly priced than most of the other renowned builders in the area.

I am planning to buy an apartment in Sobha palm court and the price of a 3 BHK comes to around 1.35 Cr. What I liked about that project is the proximity to airport road and the upcoming metro station in Kogilu cross. Since HRC Pristine is nearby, what is your opinion – should I look for HRC Pristine or Palm Court? I feel a similar apartment in HRC Pristine is going to cost me more and the location is more interior if you consider main road accessibility.

Both the projects are equally good in terms of Self living, Investment, Quality & Configuration. Yes, HRC Pristine is a bit interior when compared to Palm Court & also HRC Pristine is a bit expensive; Because of its premiumness – as Green Environmental theme based project. I would suggest HRC Pristine If you are Nature lover or else you can consider Sobha Palm Court.

Ratings are provided by the readers, Sometimes even competitors influence ratings.I would just suggest not to consider ratings as major buying factor. Prices of Sobha projects are usually on the higher side when compared to other project.This is mainly because of Quality Standards & Brand Value. Besides, this project has been focused more on Green Theme ( More Trees, Lawns & Open Space ) which naturally increase the price factor.

Sobha already has Sobha Palm Court at Kogilu, which is not far away from Sobha Pristine. Comparing to Sobha Palm Court and Sobha Pristine, which one is the better buy ? for self/rental usage.
There is also Jakkur aerodrome there is it far from Sobha Pristine, how is the noise pollution because of this aerodrome there. Has Sobha received all the approvals from Jakkur aerodrome for construction of high rise towers there?
Which one will have better YOY returns and value for location, neighborhood and all other related aspects between these two projects.

As per our view, For Self Use Sobha HRC Pristine would be better because of its proximity to CBD part of Bangalore and more over its density of the project is less when compared to Sobha Palm Court. For investment Sobha Palm court would be ideal because of its pricing.
Jakkur Aerodrome is quite a distance away from the project which is about > 0.5 km (as crow fly direction)so won’t be much concern on the noise pollution. And since it is RERA registered hope the requisite approvals are in place.
The distance between these two projects is appx 6 kms;, so both the projects has more or less same appreciations as per their Proportionate basis., but as per our view sobha Hrc pristine would hold upper hand in the long run when compared between these two.
