Have bought the plot and got registered in October 2021, the plot seems to be pretty fine and the layout is good. Please be noted there are few clause even after we buying it is not clear, and the Developer / Address Maker has not revealed much things, and have not got the chance to talk to house property owner till now.

When asked for details of people who have bought the place the marketing team have always postposed, and have no reason for the same, moving further from here people who have bought / planning to buy please be aware, and i’m trying to connect to people from few months, please connect to me on 9900524255 / as would like to know more.

Is this project is attached to Rishabhavathi big drainage river? Is also this project close by BBMP big SWTP treatment plant? Is this big drainage bad odour smell comes to this project?

I am a first time buyer and want to invest in a gated plot community for self use and want to construct right away. I am a bit confused regarding the location to choose from. As my office location is near vidhan soudha and Koramangala. My budget is around 50 lacs for a 1500 sqft plot.
1. I have seen few projects in Devanahalli, Jigani, sarjapura road and kengeri. Which areas will you suggest for immediate construction? And projects as well.
2. Also if I am getting quite cheaper in areas which are quite far off city, should I just invest for the time being and stay in a rented one in city till the infrastructure gets developed in those far off places. If yes, please suggest some good projects. Please guide me.
