Can you share is it good project and price as its ready to move in? Also, pls share if any legal issues in this project as road is getting widended in this area.
It is in excellent location just in the heart of JP Nagar 7th phase.. very good construction quality.. around Rs 5700 per sq ft … and best part is already almost constructed.. no wait time no pre emis..anyone paying taxes upto 35k per month and rent 25k can just steal a deal with paying extra 15k and get a flat too. Rental rates in equivalent sort of apartments in this area for eg Brigade Gardenia, Elita, Millenium fetches 28k+. Good for end use as well as an investment. I think the rates are competitive because the builder wants to establish themselves.
