Big frauds, scammers and cheaters…
CRM are the worst people, they don’t answer your calls, no response to emails and they hide when we go to there office.
A year delay for the project completion is very common with casagrand. Too many legal issues in the project. Worst build quality, local builders are 100% better.
I really doubt the engineers are all fake certificate guys. They are many flaws in the design, one classic example is they have put a 4ft openable window in all the washrooms with out any lock or safety. You can use those windows as doors.
Complete frauds. All the projects they done are in legal issues. Initially they said there will be four borewells but they gave only 1 which doesn’t have water. They intention is to buy water tanks for daily use.

It’s been months now and no update on Casagrand Bouleard completion. I should have believed when people told me to stay away from Casagrand. After every few months the relationship manager changes and the new manager is not aware of the project updates. Have some professionalism and complete the project and hand it over or else have the courtesy to at least Send a mail and update the customer about the progress.

Yes, there is an proposal for PRR & it wont cause any issue to the project.
Had worst experience with Casagrand.. very poor quality construction, do not believe on their brochure. They will only say after sometime that the brouchur is not an agreement document.

Casagrand boulevard is offering units with private terrace in ground floor, for which they are charging half price of unit price, but why private terrace area is not considered for UDS?
why private terrace is not included in SBUA?
as per rera sbua include carpet area, balcony, private terrace with/without roof. please clarify

As Builder will be charging only half price for Private terrace / Garden;hence, that private portion of area cant be considered while calculating the UDS Share. This is the rule form RERA. SUBA includes all the area but excludes Private Terrace / Garden; but Chargeable area includes all the portion of SUBA.
Hi Harish, i was warned by a few people on Casagrand’s panache to cheat buyers and i faced it first hand. Casagrand agreed for a particular rate of sale with me and after 2.5 months and after i made the advance payments, they hiked the rate. I am still following up with them for return of my advance and expenses. Countless messges to their Bangalore team and even the Founder and MD have got no responses. I find this extremely unprofessional to say the least. What is your opinion on this and your take on such dealings by Casagrand?

Dont worry, Casagrand is considered as CAT A Developer & usually this kind of issues wont happen. As a courtesy gesture, My team members have spoken to Casagrand team regarding your issues & Builder has promised to resolve your issue ASAP. Its just a matter of time(Lockdowns).

I am actually confused between concorde auriga, asset soul and sanctum , rohan uppavan and this project.
I am looking for around 2024 possession. I am looking for 2bhk and my budget is around 70.
I considered asset soul and sanctum and concorde auriga because it would be near to my office which is in Indiranagar and considering the other tech park near by . In future I believe the price for this property would appreciate more.
Why I am considering casagrand boulevard is because its not very high rise. I do not like very high rise building , i would love such property having 4-5 floors and lot of open space.
