What is your opinion- Am I doing the right thing ? Is it too expensive and will it appreciate a bit in future at least in keeping with the inflation rate so that one doesn’t lose money sunk in, although the attraction for me is its approachability and closeness to countryside. thanks and regards. Hiranandani Devanahalli is a lifestyle project and their quality and aesthetics of the project is worth the price buying, but in terms of pure investment it may be only for longterm period may be post 7-10 years from now, because the whole locality needs to be developed and once the metro connectivity happens to airport then appreciation of the whole area boosts.
So the project is of longterm perspective
My wife and I have made our very first real estate investment in the House of Hiranandani’s Chancery at Devanahalli, Bangalore. The location is sublime and soothing and meets our requirements perfectly.
HI Harish, we are new to Bangalore and considering buying an apartment in Bangalore and shortlisted Hiranandani Devanhalli and Ozone Urbana. Can you please suggest which one is better option in terms of location, construction, cost etc. What is the current prevailing price in that area? Also regarding GST – how is this calculated for already constructed homes and also for under construction homes?

Both are good projects; however Ozone urbana is large scale and integrated township when compared to hiranandani devanahalli; as far as we know GST is not applicable to completed project ( Completion prior to 1st July 2017) currently GST is calculated at 18% on 2/3rd of the construction cost per unit.
I wanted to buy a luxurious private apartment for myself in Bangalore. I was earlier living in the Devanahalli area before my family shifted here and I started living with them in a different location. I loved the Devanahalli area because developments like 400-acre Devanahalli Business Park, the science city, and the 1000-crore financial park are expected to make Devanahalli lucrative in terms of real estate. In addition, some of the properties there had all the elements of deluxe living such as premium clubhouse facilities, parks, and nature trails. One of these projects was Cypress by the House of Hiranandani, which is where I am thinking to invest.
Between this and the Brigade Atmosphere which one is a better choice
Am a NRI looking to relocate to Blore in 2020-21 – What are the options in the Villa space i can consider in North Bangalore – considering that i would like to stretch my payments over next 4 years ( not looking to give out on rent ) and complete payments and take handover around that time ?

Both projects are advisable but the location bit differs.
I was looking for a villa to buy for my family. So I recently visited properties by House of Hiranandani at Devanahalli. I heard they were offering luxury villas for sale in Bangalore. They have 3 and 4 BHK villas both. I really liked their construction. The villas feature premium clubhouse facilities, jogging track, parks and recreational grounds, etc. The best thing about the Villas in Devanahalli is that they have sloping roofs and spacious verandas and outdoor spaces. I have always wanted a home that has a huge area. Also, as ours is a joint family, a villa would be great.
