I visited this property yesterday and got a quotation of 81 lacs for a 2BHK(1242 sqft).
Is 81 lacs very expensive given the fact that PLS has 2 BHK available at a slightly greater price (Ready to move-in)?
What is your estimate of ROI on this property for next 5 years?
