In Brigade cornerstone Utopia , there are 4000 flats in a 47 acre township. It is a huge in number when compared to other projects. It will be too crowded and not sure about risk.

What about the road widening of varthur lake and village area and it has very bad connectivity with ORR because of balagere railway underpass
