1) CDP road passing through the project. Will it become a security issue in the future ?
2) also looks like people from villa need to cross public road to access many amenities.
3) what about pollution and noise as public road passes in the middle of the property?
4) This area was flooded badly in recent years. Does this property have high chances of getting flooded ?
